Frame an operational bottleneck as a challenge. Agree what teams can access and demonstrate, then assess the prototype against the question you set. Use the work to inform the next technical decision.
02 / VENTURE CONTINUATION
Selected Turin teams can continue through six weeks of development with a challenge partner, working towards a pilot proposal. Silicon Mountain coordinates weekly milestones and a contact on each side. The partner decides whether to pursue a pilot.
03 / OPT-IN SCOUTING
Observe technical skill and collaboration in practice. Where hiring support is agreed, Silicon Mountain helps coordinate shortlists and interviews with your HR team. Profiles are shared with relevant hiring partners only with each participant’s consent. Employers make hiring decisions.
The scope is agreed for each partnership. Turin’s six-week Venture programme does not automatically apply to San Francisco.
