TURIN FLAGSHIP / SPACE / Q4 2026 · DATES ANNOUNCED SOON

Bring your skills.
Build something consequential.

Work on operator-defined space challenges alongside outstanding builders and industrial operators. We look for exceptional practical ability and people who make a team stronger.

Send examples of your work, your skills and your interest in Venture or Scouting. This is an enquiry; applications are not yet open.

Show us your contribution.

Software, AI, robotics, sensing, hardware, systems engineering and product skills all belong here. Share a repository, prototype, technical project or other work that shows what you contributed and how you solve difficult problems.

Tell us how you work with others and what you want to build next. Every candidate is reviewed manually.

Build work that speaks.

A prototype and demonstration, technical feedback from operators and peers to build with. Venture is for future founders; opt-in Scouting supports builders exploring employment.

Turin’s dates, venue, full challenge briefs and participation details will be announced soon. An enquiry does not reserve a place.

BEYOND THE WEEKEND / TURIN

Choose what comes next.

Build a company around a real customer problem. Or let your work open a conversation with an exceptional employer.

01 / VENTURE

Build the venture.

A first prototype is a starting point. Selected Turin teams can continue through six weeks with a challenge partner, working towards a pilot proposal.

  1. Demonstrate the idea.Use the 48-hour event to build a prototype and test how you work as a team.
  2. Develop with the operator.Silicon Mountain coordinates weekly milestones and a contact on each side during the selected-team programme.
  3. Put a pilot on the table.Define the scope, data needs and success criteria an industrial partner can evaluate. When the opportunity is ready, explore company formation and relevant introductions.

02 / SCOUTING

Find your next team.

Show how you solve problems and collaborate. Choose whether your profile is shared with relevant hiring partners; Scouting is always opt-in.

  1. Let the work speak.Demonstrate technical judgment and contribution alongside operators and peers.
  2. Choose to be considered.Your consent determines whether your profile is shared for hiring conversations.
  3. Explore the fit.Where the partnership includes hiring support, Silicon Mountain helps coordinate shortlists and interviews with the partner’s HR team.

Continuation is agreed with selected teams. Confirm the working format, expected commitment and responsibilities before you commit to the six weeks.

Turin’s six-week Venture programme is edition-specific; SF follow-up is agreed separately. Partners decide on pilots, investors on funding and employers on hiring.
